Apply for Child Care Reimbursement

SSA will reimburse parents $4/hour for childcare needed to attend the SSA 2022 Annual Meeting in person in Bellevue, Washington. All parents must apply and be approved for childcare reimbursement before the Annual Meeting. The deadline to apply is 12 April 2022.

Childcare Options

You may use any childcare provider in the Greater Seattle area. 

SSA has identified a childcare provider two blocks from the Hyatt Regency Bellevue: AdventureKids Bellevue. If you would prefer to use a different childcare provider, you can do so. You are strongly encouraged to book your child care as soon as possible. 

Applications are due 12 April. All applications must be approved before the meeting. 

After the meeting, you will provide your invoice to SSA, and you will be reimbursed for your childcare costs at that time.
